Click the button 3 times repeatedly to change the voltage, this device has a variable voltage range of 2.1V to 3.7V
How do I use the preheat function?
Click the button 2 times repeatedly to activate pre-heat function.
Why does my battery blink with the cartridge attached?
Chances are your cartridge is not making a proper connection to device. Try using a different cartridge, if your battery does not work with ANY cartridge please contact your retailer for a replacement battery. Sometimes, cartridges may leak, so if yours is leaking at the bottom, you can wipe it off with a little bit of rubbing alcohol to remove the residue - this could also help if the pen is not reading the cartridge. 
How do I know if my battery is fully charged?
The battery indicator on device screen will show a full set of bars.
