Our online store is open for business and shipping out your orders. Due to an increase in demand and changes we implemented for our employees, our warehouse is experiencing a delay.
Our normal 24-72 hour processing may take up to 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) before a package is shipped out. Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will automatically be sent out and the package will be handed off to USPS/FedEx.
Due to COVID-19, USPS, FedEx, and your receiving country's postal service may be experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Transit delays are out of our control and want to request your patience during this time. Please contact your local postal service for updates in regards to their mailing services.

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours
You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, mods, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.
All credit card billing address information you provide must match in our system with that of the cardholder. If the information does not match, your order will be declined.
Credit Card Validation
For the protection of card holders and our company, orders that appear fraudulent may be put on hold for manual review. If necessary, a Customer Service Representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be cancelled.
Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Refusal or Limit of service
