Shipping and Returns

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

A return order will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • All of the items within the order are not physically damaged and show no sign of physical use unless defective.

  • All of the accessories originally enclosed with the purchased item(s) are included and enclosed with the purchased item(s) and in perfect condition.

  • The order was returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Expired, broken, incorrect, and/or missing items (not included defective) within the order must be reported within 72 hours of the order’s original delivery date. 

If you received an incorrect item, we will gladly ship you out the correct item with a return label as soon as we receive the required. 

If an item is considered defective upon our inspection we will attempt to replace it with a comparable product to customer satisfaction or provide shop credit.    

You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.

Cancelled orders will require a 25% restocking fee. If there is an issue or you ordered the wrong item, we will accept returns that are unopened only in exchange for store credit on a future purchase or a comparable product. 

BUYER'S REMORSE

Items that are determined by the buyer to be unwanted after purchase must be sent back to us within 72 hours of delivery, must be unopened and in salable condition. Items that are included in the list of non-returnable items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, even if they are unwanted. Also, please note that all Buyer's Remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders have a processing time of up to 24 hours.  Normally we ship the same day but it may be the next day.  We ship Monday-Friday every afternoon.

(standard shipping) 2-5 business days* in transit (3-6 business days during COVID-19)

APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit. NOTE: APO shipping is currently disabled. 

Import Fees for International Customers (Outside of U.S.)
Customer is responsible for any import fees imposed by their country. 
 
Billing Validation
All credit card billing address information you provide must match in our system with that of the cardholder. If the information does not match, your order will be declined.

Credit Card Validation
For the protection of card holders and our company, orders that appear fraudulent may be put on hold for manual review. If necessary, a Customer Service Representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be cancelled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

Refusal or Limit of service
Due to the nature of internet sales, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you feel your refusal of service was unnecessary, please contact our Customer Service team at info@vaping-delights.com

Late Shipments

Due to high volumes of packages, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While our courier offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of our courier are not the responsibility of Vaping Delights and must be resolved by contacting courier directly in the contact provided below. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vaping Delights, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Vaping Delights strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vaping Delights is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

RETURN TO SENDER

If an exchange order is shipped and returned by a mail carrier for issues of non-delivery, we will make attempts to contact the customer to resolve the issue. Orders held longer than 72 hours will be deconstructed and placed back into inventory and store credit will be issued to the relevant customer’s account. An email will also be sent to the customer notifying them of the credit issuance. 

 

Vaping Delights Shipping Protection from Navidium 

We offer package insurance for your order(s) which will cover the cost for a replacement in the situation that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. 

We require all international orders to have this insurance in their order, as we are not responsible for issues with your package during shipment. 

Our Shipping Protection insurance is assessable while in your cart. It is located underneath your Order Summary.
